Job Title:

ACP Technician/ Cladding Technician


Role Objective:


The objective of a Cladding Technician is to ensure that the installation and fabrication of interior and exterior cladding materials-wood, PVC, ACP, and artificial stone-are done with high-quality finishes to exact specifications.

Key Accountabilities

1. Internal Cladding Works:

Undertake wooden wall cladding with perfect and quality finish. Apply PVC and artificial wall cladding efficiently. Tile glue for proper application and finishing of internal cladding.

2. External Cladding Works:

Fabricate, install, and bend Aluminum Composite Panels (ACP) as per project specifications. ACP bending for customized design and structure. Application of artificial stone finish by using tile glue techniques.

Educational Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; Certification in carpentry, construction, or a related field.

Experience

1-3+ years of experience in commercial and residential cladding projects.

Problem-solving skills to address installation challenges.


Effective teamwork and communication with colleagues and supervisors.


Proficiency in cladding installation techniques for wood, PVC, ACP, and artificial stone.


Skilled in measuring, cutting, bending, and assembling ACP panels.


Knowledge of adhesives, tile glue, and mechanical fixing methods.


Ability to operate power tools and machinery related to cladding work.
