Job Description

We are hiring Accounts Supervisor for outsourced accounting department of Affiniax, Dubai Office. The role involves team management, client relationship and reporting to the management.

Job Requirements:

Lead and manage a team of accountants, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that they meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work. Manage client relationships, building rapport and trust, and ensuring that their needs are met. Prepare and deliver reports to the department manager and management, keeping them updated on the progress of projects and any issues or concerns. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. Stay up-to-date on accounting regulations and best practices. The role will require hands on experience at execution and working at multiple assignments on same time. Providing training and development opportunities to juniors.

Job Qualification

CA / ACCA/ CPA or Master's in Finance Minimum 5 years of experience Working in a CA firm and handling multiple clients would be a plus Knowledge of accounting platforms like Zoho, Sage, QuickBooks, Tally etc. Communication Skills Analytical skill sets - ratios and variance analysis MIS reviews / feedback / client meetings
