02 years' Experience in the Accounts Receivables with Tally working knowledge is mandatory (Any Country). Posting: Selected candidate(s) will receive Immediate posting to Abu Dhabi Office near WTC - Hamdan Street. Mersat, Abu Dhabi is calling Accounts Receivables Accountant to contribute a major role for in Accounts department of the company. About the JOB As an Accounts Receivables Accountant , you will be responsible for Accounts Receivables, Maintaining Good Customer Relationships. Candidates applying for this position must be an excellent communicator and should have hands-on experience in Tally Software, handling Accounts receivables responsibilities, superior people management skills and capable of handling these responsibilities independently. • Proven experience as an independent accountant in Receivables
• Good knowledge of Tally accounting application and other relevant computer programs and telephone systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepare Invoices, Receipts, and all accounting transactions
• Follow-up for receivables
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information
• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Record customer details and details of transaction

• Confirm orders placed with field sales representatives / managers
• Prepare reports time to time and submit to the management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education and Experience
• Minimum Education Level : Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Through Knowledge in Tally Accounting application Minimum 2 years' experience in Accountant Receivables
• Well capable to handle administrative and office tasks.
• Knowledge of Accounting principles and strategies
• Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, Emails, and Internet)
