Job Summary:

The

Accounts Receivable cum Finance Auditor

is responsible for managing guest and corporate accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely collection and accurate recording of financial transactions. The role also includes auditing daily revenue reports, verifying financial data, and ensuring compliance with hotel financial policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of all guest, group, and corporate accounts. Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts in a timely manner. Prepare and send invoices, statements, and reminders as required. Audit daily revenue reports from various departments to ensure accuracy and completeness. Reconcile accounts and investigate any discrepancies. Assist in month-end closing procedures and reporting. Ensure compliance with internal controls and company financial policies. Support the Finance Department with audits, reports, and financial documentation. Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and other departments for billing accuracy and clarification. Handle guest and client inquiries related to accounts in a professional manner.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum

2 years of experience

in Accounts Receivable or Finance Audit within the

hospitality industry

. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and hotel financial systems (e.g., Opera, Sun Systems, or similar). Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary:

Starting from AED 3,500 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
