You will ensure a continual credit control is kept on all in-house guests and necessary action is instigated. You will ensure that the FOCUS control procedures are conducted, adhered to and meet the target objectivesYou will prepare payable vouchers and initiate payment process in due time. You will perform all accounts payable sub-ledger bookings and will verify that accounts payable sub-ledger and general ledger balances are matching.Your experience and skills include:Diploma in Accounting / FinanceEquivalent previous experience of minimum 2 yearsComputer literate, confident MS Excel, Word and relevant accounting systems userGood knowledge of OPERA system, ideally the Cloud version.
