Team Introduction: The global revenue management team is responsible for all management, approval and analysis related to revenue and responsible for the revenue contract review of the company\'s overall business lines, managing global revenue financial systems, and ensuring that Bytedance revenue data management processes are in compliance with GAAP requirements.

We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Receivable and Credit Control Senior Analyst to be part of our global revenue management team based in Dubai. As part of a team in our rapidly growing business, this individual will play a key role in understanding the needs of our clients, with a very good sense of risk and excellent communication skills, and help the team shape efficient and trusted relationships with our business partners.

Responsibilities:

• Develop annual credit management strategy and goals
• Demonstrate big picture thinking and capabilities to scale credit control work through smartly upgrading and downgrading methodology and partnering with the system team for sustainable solutions
• Review credit line application forms and perform credit risk assessments in a timely fashion, balancing the need to move quickly to support Ads business with the need to assess risk for TikTok.
• Proactively monitor and evaluate risk on an ongoing basis, perform regular reviews on credit lines, anticipating and mitigating potential risks and escalating red flags to key stakeholders.
• Directly responsible for the OTC processes, which includes ownership of the billing, collections, overdue management and fund allocation.
• Work directly with customers to ensure that invoices are paid by their due dates. In cases where there are billing disputes, work to resolve these with internal cross-functional teams
• Other Collection/Credit-related tasks, such as methodology discussion within the global revenue management team, cross-functional collaboration on collection matters, credit reports.
• Maintain an effective partnership with Sales, Operations and Finance departments and make recommendations on process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate credit risk management , OTC processes and familiarity with the digital advertising industry
• Prior experience with Key Account (KA) clients and advertising agencies preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills; ability to cope under pressure
• High level of integrity and discretion to handle confidential information.
