As we continue to grow and launch new projects, we are looking for an

Accounts Receivable Accountant

to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in issuing customer invoices, receipts, and statements. Verify supporting documents for accuracy and completeness before processing transactions. Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments. Maintain AR aging schedules and support month-end closing activities. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly. Prepare AR-related reports for management and support audit requirements. Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Escrow, Collection, Sales Support, and Customer Support teams on collections and documentation. Support the AR team with day-to-day tasks and data entry.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably within a real estate development company in the UAE. Knowledge of escrow processes, payment plans, and the real estate customer lifecycle is an advantage. Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
