We're Hiring: Accounts Payable Accountant
Location: JAFZA, Dubai

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional with a strong command of SAP and Excel, looking to join a dynamic manufacturing company in JAFZA?
We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant to manage end-to-end AP operations, from invoice processing to vendor reconciliation, petty cash management, employee expense audits, and banking transactions. This is a key role that requires attention to detail, excellent coordination with internal departments, and adherence to UAE compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Management: Verify and process high-volume vendor invoices (especially for logistics and shipping); match with POs and delivery notes.
• Vendor Reconciliation: Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Petty Cash & Banking: Handle petty cash with proper documentation; execute payments and perform daily bank reconciliations.
• Employee Expenses: Review and process expense claims and ensure timely reimbursements.
• SAP & Reporting: Manage all AP entries in SAP; prepare AP aging reports, reconciliations, and support monthly closing.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with vendors and internal departments (procurement, sales, logistics, warehouse, etc.).
• Compliance: Ensure all transactions align with UAE VAT regulations and support audit preparation.

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (mandatory)
• Proficiency in SAP (mandatory)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting practices and tax regulations
• Immediate availability is required
