Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
Ensure compliance with Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) regulations and relevant financial standards.
Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and regulatory submissions.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Ensure accurate tax, VAT, and statutory filings in line with local regulations.
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies.
Support senior management with financial analysis and strategic insights.
Requirements:
Certified accountant (CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, or equivalent) -
mandatory
.
Minimum
7-10 years of accounting and finance experience in Bahrain
.
Proven experience with
CBB-regulated companies, BSC, ADGM, or WLL entities
.
Strong knowledge of Bahrain financial regulations, VAT, and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
