Job Description
Your Role: The role involves overlooking all the accounts functions and transactions, including the accuracy and intergrity of transactions. The ideal candidate will be able to not only help the team deliver with high performance standards, but also will motivate them to achieve the given deadlines, and train them to work on procedures and systems. You will be responsible to do the reports analysis along with updating the financial reports. Additionally, you will also produce other specific or ad hoc reports as needed. Your role will involve collecting information and initiate cash flow and funds availability requirements accordig to the budget, expense patterns and other specific requirements. You will maintain the CAPEX database, maintain the expense movements as per the budget and reports, arrange funds according to contracts, and resolve issues in relation to the payement. Must Have: The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s/ Postgraduate degree and certificate in ACCA or CA. Must have atleast 8 years of experience in a retail company including experience in handling various tasks such as – VAT, Audit, Inter-co transactions, COGS and Accounts recievable and payble transactions. The candidate must also be confident with MS Office 360 and Oracle. Must possess experience in effective team management and have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
