Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Senior Accounts Executive cum Finance Controller

to manage our organization's accounting, financial planning, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all financial operations, while contributing to strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Payroll and finalization of accounts. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Prepare cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting. Ensure compliance with local accounting standards. Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors, banks, and government authorities. Develop and implement internal financial controls and policies. Conduct cost analysis, variance analysis, and performance reporting. Support management with strategic financial insights and business planning. Monitor and optimize working capital, profitability, and overall financial health.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

CA / CPA qualified

(or pursuing final stage)

. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. Minimum

7-10 years of experience

in accounting and finance, preferably within a corporate or project-based environment in

UAE

. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Xero, Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar). Advanced Excel and analytical skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail, integrity, and accuracy.
