Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering their growth and development.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets, providing critical insights to support strategic decision-making.
Monitor cash flow, manage financial risk, and optimize working capital.
Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and maintain data integrity.
Lead financial analysis, cost control, and financial planning initiatives.
Stay current with changes in accounting standards and regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
Participate in special projects and initiatives as required by the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance; CA Inter qualification is mandatory.
Minimum of 6-7 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles.
Strong understanding of international accounting standards and regulations.
Proven experience managing and leading a team.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
