Key Job Responsibilities:

Oversee complete accounting operations of the automobile dealership / workshop. Manage day-to-day accounting including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and cash flow. Ensure accurate accounting for vehicle sales, service income, spare parts, and warranty claims. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports. Handle

UAE VAT compliance

including: VAT registration and amendments Monthly/quarterly VAT return filing VAT reconciliation between sales, purchases, and GL Handling VAT audits, assessments, and FTA queries Handle

UAE Corporate Tax compliance

, including: Corporate tax registration with FTA Computation of taxable income Corporate tax return preparation and filing Compliance with transfer pricing documentation (if applicable) Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with UAE laws, FTA regulations, and company policies. Monitor and control workshop costing, margins, and profitability. Manage fixed assets accounting and depreciation. Supervise and guide accounts executives and junior staff. Coordinate with operations, sales, service, and HR departments for financial accuracy. Monitor receivables, credit control, and overdue collections. Ensure proper documentation and record retention as per UAE regulations. Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and tax advisors. Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

UAE VAT & Corporate Tax laws

Hands-on experience with all types of ERP / accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, etc.) Experience in automobile dealership or workshop accounting is mandatory Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills Leadership and team management capability Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
