Full

Should be able to handle the entire accounting activities independently up to finalization of accounts.
Preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly and yearly Financial Statements
Prepare Bank Reconciliations Statements, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable periodically and report discrepancies
Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, invoices and other accounting documents

Ensure all payments to suppliers and other external parties are made according to company policies and procedures

Analyze resources and funds of the organization in order to provide apt advice on fund forecasting & utilization, short- term and long-term funding needs by reviewing the rolling cash flow and cash forecast.
Make suitable funding arrangement in short term and long-term.
Liaison with banks and handling all banking matters (Bank Loans, LC's Bank Guarantees, etc.)
Manage day to day business activities and ensure timely completion of routine tasks.
Ensure all accounting entries are properly recorded in the accounting system by validating the routine transaction.
Take corrective measures to eliminate the discrepancies in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of the financial information.
Preparation and filing of VAT returns in compliance with UAE laws.

Requirements

- Strong Microsoft Excel, Computerized Accounting skills in accounting system and cost and inventory systems
- Strong analytical and communication skills

- Master's Degree in Finance/ Accounting
