Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger
Prepare monthly financial and expense reports
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash control
Prepare payroll calculations and related documentation
Prepare VAT returns and support internal and external audits
Liaise with auditors, banks, and tax consultants
Human Resources
Maintain employee records, including bank accounts and loans
Coordinate recruitment administration and onboarding processes
Prepare employment contracts and offer letters
Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs
Maintain performance appraisal records
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Maintain training records and employee certifications
Administration & Compliance
Maintain confidentiality of financial and HR information
Support audits and government submissions
Coordinate visa, work permit, and renewal documentation
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Accuracy and timeliness of financial reports
Payroll accuracy and compliance
Audit results and documentation completeness
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Human Resources
Professional certifications are an added advantage
Experience
Minimum
3-6 years
of experience in accounting and HR administration
Experience in
oil & gas or industrial services
is preferred
Skills & Competencies
Strong accounting and payroll knowledge
Good understanding of labor laws
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Strong organizational and communication skills
