Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer statements are accurate, containing all prior month transactions (invoices, receipts, and credit notes).
- Utilize computer systems for transaction monitoring.
- Strategically plan and execute daily customer visits to ensure prompt debt collection and consistent payments.
- Prepare regular reports on payment delays and customer-related issues.
- Display resilience, exceptional follow-up skills, organizational prowess, report-writing proficiency, and an assertive personality.
- High school graduates or bachelor\'s degree holders are encouraged to apply.
- A strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
