Key Responsibilities:
Create and send invoices through QuickBooks
Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports using Excel
Reconcile accounts and assist with end-of-month closing
Communicate with internal teams and clients professionally
Requirements:
Female candidates only (due to team setup)
Proven experience using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Good communication and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
Familiarity with basic accounting principles
Time management and ability to meet deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
