Job Description

Job Responsibilities



Daily posting of cash and cheque receipts - both new and renewal receipts. Recording entries for the daily collection of cash receipts and reconciling the actual receipts generated. Posting CDC transactions for ADCB. Reviewing pending deposited cheques and ensuring their clearance. Processing building expense bills and preparing payment vouchers. Verifying and posting all legal documents (bills and invoices). Confirming all bills due for reimbursement for the legal department upon receiving the list from their side. Reviewing legal files received from the legal department, ensuring clearance check balances, and executing proper terminations in the software. Executing terminations and cancellations for vacating tenants and preparing refunds if applicable. Assisting in tenant receivable reconciliation, income reconciliation, and other related tasks.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in accounting, preferably in real estate or property management. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Odoo) and advanced Excel. Good understanding of property transactions and VAT. Strong accuracy, confidentiality, and deadline discipline. Good communication and coordination skills.
