We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Accounts Executive

to manage day-to-day financial transactions in our fast-paced Food & Beverage business. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting processes, preferably in the F&B or hospitality sector, and possess strong analytical and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable, receivable, cash flow, and bank reconciliations. Record and maintain accurate financial data using accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP systems). Monitor revenue, COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), and expenses specific to restaurant/F&B operations. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and reconcile with POS systems. Assist with payroll processing and related statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.). Track vendor payments and ensure timely disbursement. Reconcile inventory purchases with invoices and ensure correct posting of inventory-related costs. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. Prepare GST returns and assist with tax filings and audits. Support internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations relevant to the F&B industry. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for smooth financial operations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Experience with F&B-specific accounting, including handling of inventory and POS systems. Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software. Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field. 2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry. Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance in India (or relevant country). Experience with ERP systems or restaurant management software is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
