Job Description

Work Schedule:

6 working days per week (Friday off) Duty Hours: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock Post daily purchase, sales, and stock transactions Verify GRNs, supplier invoices, and delivery notes Reconcile stock levels with physical inventory Coordinate with the storekeeper for stock accuracy Monitor branch-level cash handling and petty cash Assist in month-end stock and financial closing Ensure timely submission of reports to the Accounts Department Support internal/external audits with required documents Follow company policies and procedures related to inventory and finance

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (e.g., B.Com, BBA, or equivalent Master's degree) is mandatory Additional certifications such as CMA or CAT are an added advantage Proven experience in accounting within a retail store, shop, or accounts department UAE experience is considered an advantage Fluency in English and Malayalam is required Arabic and Hindi language skills will be considered an added advantage Proficiency in ERP systems and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
