Job Description
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
Higher Secondary Certificate (Plus Two) - Science background preferred
Experience
:Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the contracting or interior design field Gulf experience is preferred
Key Skills & Responsibilities
:Strong understanding of quantity take-offs, unit measurements, and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Ability to interpret and manage project estimations Preparation of actual cost analysis and cost comparison reports Labour cost calculation based on WBS and project allocation Financial record keeping, budgeting, and project-based accounting Payroll processing knowledge Manage accounts receivable and payable Prepare financial reports and MIS reports High attention to detail and accuracy in project financial management
