Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented

Accounts Executive - Outdoor Sales

to join our team in

Dubai

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling

bookkeeping, accounting, VAT, payroll, audit support, and other financial services

to businesses and individuals across the UAE. This is a client-facing, outdoor sales role that requires excellent communication, a proactive approach, and basic accounting knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell the company's

bookkeeping, accounting, VAT filing, payroll processing

, and related services Identify and engage potential clients through field visits, cold calling, and networking Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions based on our accounting service offerings Meet with business owners, finance managers, and entrepreneurs to pitch services and close deals Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term growth Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and service agreements Maintain records of client interactions, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools Stay updated on UAE accounting and VAT regulations to offer informed services Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery

Requirements:

Proven experience in

outdoor sales

(experience in accounting/financial services is an advantage) Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting concepts Excellent communication and presentation skills Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven Strong networking and interpersonal skills Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)

UAE driving license is mandatory

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field is preferred
