Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Accounts Executive
to manage accurate and timely payroll processing while ensuring compliance and effective coordination with HR and Finance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate books of accounts including general ledger entries
Handle accounts payable and receivable functions
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reports
Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer balances
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
Monitor cash flow and assist in budget tracking
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
Experience : 4+ Years required
Salary : Will be decided on interview
Candidate willing to relocate to Al Khor or willing to commute to the head office will only be considered for the role.
