with a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily transactions, invoice processing, receivables and payables management, and maintaining accurate financial records in accordance with company policies and SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
Daily / Weekly / Monthly monitoring of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Process invoices in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring all supporting documents are complete.
Monitor and communicate updates regarding cheque clearance, bounced cheques, and refund cheques.
Ensure all financial activities are carried out as per approved SOPs and with the correct level of sign-off authority.
Manage Accounts Receivables (AR) and Accounts Payables (AP) effectively.
Maintain and update financial records including bookkeeping, vouchers, journals, and ledgers.
Perform bank reconciliation, verify balances, and flag discrepancies promptly.
Assist in month-end closing activities and prepare necessary reports.
Manage cash flow and ensure proper documentation for all treasury-related activities.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance roles.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Prior exposure to treasury operations, cash management, or banking processes is preferred.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
