We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Accounts Assistant
to join our team. The role involves supporting daily accounting operations, data entry, and coordination with suppliers and customers.
Fresh graduates
with a basic understanding of accounting principles are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Record and update daily purchase, sales, and expense entries.
Assist in invoice preparation and payment follow-ups.
Support reconciliation of supplier and customer accounts.
Maintain accurate filing of financial documents and records.
Coordinate with the sales and procurement team for billing and payment updates.
Assist in preparing monthly reports and summaries.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
Basic knowledge of accounting software like ZOHO
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Proficient in MS Excel and data entry.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic knowledge of UAE TAX regulations
