ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: Up to AED 10, 000
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and auditing
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Develop and maintain budgets, cash flow projections, and financial forecasts
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and tax authorities
Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures
Oversee payroll processing and related tax filings
Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making
Manage billing processes, including time tracking and invoice generation
Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators
Coordinate with departments to improve financial processes and systems
Manage and mentor the finance and accounting team
Support financial aspects of business development and client engagements
Ensure security and confidentiality of financial information
Oversee team timesheet management
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
