Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry, invoice preparation, payment follow-ups and petty cash management.
Prepare and maintain financial records, vouchers, receipts and expense reports.
Assist in preparing monthly account statements and supporting documents for audits.
Manage vendor and client correspondence related to accounts and payments.
Provide administrative and clerical support to the management and office staff.
Organize and maintain files, records and office documentation.
Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating office operations and handling basic HR-related tasks.
Manage emails, phone calls and other communication efficiently.
Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software knowledge is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping.
Good written and verbal communication in English, Malayalam and Hindi.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage both administrative and accounting duties.
