Roles & Responsibilities:
Handles billing and data entry for sales and purchases
Manages payments - both receivable and payable
Maintains stock of office supplies and ensures nothing is missed
Coordinates courier deliveries to different places and makes sure items are received correctly
Updates and maintains Excel sheets for daily and monthly records
Assists with closing accounts at the end of each month
Supports overall office work and smooth daily operations
LANGUAGES KNOWN: ENGLISH, MALAYALAM, TAMIL, HINDI AND ARABI(OPTIONAL)
