Job Overview:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Accounts cum Admin Executive

to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, capable of multitasking, and possess strong communication skills to manage financial transactions, follow-ups, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Perform daily accounting tasks, including recording financial transactions and processing customer invoices.

2. Manage client and vendor communication via phone and email, ensuring timely follow-ups.

3. Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely payments.

4. Prepare and send overdue statements to customers and sales representatives as per schedule.

5. Generate and present monthly MIS reports for financial analysis.

6. Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable, ensuring proper documentation and organization.

7. Assist in audit preparations and support the execution of the audit process.

8. Oversee filing and documentation to maintain compliance with financial regulations.

9. Handles day-to-day administrative operations, maintains records, and ensures smooth coordination between departments. Supports documentation, scheduling, and basic office management activities.

10. Report to the Accountant/Accounts Manager and fulfill assigned responsibilities efficiently.

Should have an outlook towards learning and evolving as required for the job.

Attentive, Alert and disciplines in completing the tasks on a daily basis.

Follow instructions and act accordingly.

Strong numerical ability and proficiency in financial data processing.

Qualifications & Experience:



Education:

B.Com / M.Com

Experience:

1-2 years in accounting cum admin roles

Software Proficiency:

Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime (Mandatory) Microsoft Office Suite (Especially MS Excel)
