Job Description

Role: ACCOUNTS COORDINATOR



LOCATION: DUBAI



Responsibilities:



Assist in day-to-day accounting operations. Handle accounts payable and receivable activities. Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and supporting documents. Reconcile bank statements and vendor statements. Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing processes. Coordinate with internal departments for financial data collection. Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounts-related records. Assist in preparing reports for management when required. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures. Perform any additional duties assigned by the Finance Manager/Accounts Team

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Freshers with home-country experience may apply.

UAE 0-2 Years is also acceptable

Basic understanding of accounting principles. Knowledge of accounting software (NetSuite, Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) is an advantage. Good MS Excel and MS Office skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Must be able to

join immediately or within 15 day
