We are a leading VIP luxury car rental company in Dubai, providing high-end vehicles and premium service to elite clients. We are looking for an experienced Rental Operations & Accounts Coordinator with strong knowledge of cash handling, contract opening/closing, and basic accounting within the car rental industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Open, close, and extend rental agreements in the system
Handle cash, deposits, credit card payments, and refunds accurately
Daily contract reconciliation and financial closure
Coordinate with sales and maintenance teams for smooth operations
Provide professional customer service and resolve client inquiries
Maintain accurate invoices, receipts, and accounting records
What We're Looking For
2+ years of proven experience in car rental operations/accounts (UAE preferred)
Strong knowledge of rental systems (TRS or similar)
Excellent cash handling and reconciliation skills
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
Professional attitude to deal with VIP clients
