Job Description

General Duties and Responsibilities



Data entry and maintaining accurate financial records Preparing and reviewing financial reports Performing other administrative tasks as required Raise invoices and manage accounts receivable Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Assist in maintaining financial record and report

Experiences and skills



Education level:

Accounts/Finance degree

Experience:

1-2 years' Ocean shipping business at least. Can be NVOCC - Freight forwarder - Shipping line.

Specific skills:

Basic accounting skills - Accounting software (QuickBooks - Odoo - MS Excel - Power Bl) - Good organizational and communication skills - UAE experience.

Personal characteristics:

Details oriented - Self-motivated - excellent communication skills.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
