. The ideal candidate will support the purchase team in daily accounting operations to ensure accurate records and timely payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting activities including AP/AR entries and reconciliations
Process supplier invoices and ensure accuracy against POs and GRNs
Raise and track Purchase Orders and coordinate with vendors
Maintain purchase records, supplier data, and documentation
Support month-end closing and audit requirements
Assist with VAT-related documentation (UAE VAT experience preferred)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
2-4 years of experience as an Accounts Assistant with purchase exposure
Experience in F&B / hospitality industry preferred
Proficiency in accounting software / ERP and MS Excel
Good communication and coordination skills
UAE experience is an advantage
