Sales:
o Greet customers warmly and professionally, both in-person and over the phone.
o Understand customer needs regarding automatic doors and provide appropriate product recommendations.
o Explain the features and benefits of various automatic door systems to customers.
o Close sales efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction and trust.
o Follow up with potential and existing customers to secure and finalize sales.
o Accurately process customer orders using the company's sales system.
o Ensure all customer details and requirements are captured correctly for seamless delivery or installation arrangements.
o Maintain and update sales records accurately, including customer interactions and sales conversions.
o Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets.
o Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
o Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.
o Stay updated on the latest features, specifications, and benefits of the company's automatic door systems.
Accounts:
o Accurately record all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.
o Maintain up-to-date and organized accounting records.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
