Summary: The ideal candidate for the Accounts Assistant position will be responsible to provide administrative and financial support to the Accounts Manager ensuring that payments and expenditures are monitored, documented and processed in an efficient, effective and accurate manner as well as suppliers and vendors are paid within established timescales. Key responsibilities: Daily duties may include the following activities: \xc2\xb7Taking responsibility for the day to day processing of all rental sales invoices ensuring that invoices are checked and prices are correct and that any discrepancies are investigated and dealt with appropriately. \xc2\xb7Ensuring that invoices are recorded with relevant timesheets and local purchase orders on the MS Dynamics GP system. \xc2\xb7Entering timesheets in the Ms Dynamics GP system. \xc2\xb7Following authorization of invoices, organize payment runs, scanning invoices and preparing scanned invoices for mailing and uploading on customer portal. \xc2\xb7Dealing with all enquiries related to rental sales invoices, answering telephone calls and emails and liaising with relevant departments as necessary to ensure enquires are dealt with in a professional and timely manner. \xc2\xb7Performing administrative duties such as typing, photocopying, filing and printing. \xc2\xb7Performing accounting entries and bank reconciliations as well as identifying and correcting accounting errors. \xc2\xb7Any other duties as reasonably directed Manager or other member of the management team. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7Previous experience in a similar role and preferably similar industry. \xc2\xb7Good IT skills and knowledge of using Excel and accounting software. \xc2\xb7Accounting qualification would be advantageous (ACCA, CA or equivalent level). \xc2\xb7Meticulous eye for detail and exceptional planning and organizational skills. \xc2\xb7KSA accounting knowledge / experience and invoicing experience is a plus. \xc2\xb7Ability to multitask and work in a busy, fast paced and challenging environment. \xc2\xb7Ability to take initiative and a practical approach to problem solving. \xc2\xb7Overall 3-4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Invoicing / billing and general accounting.
