THE ROLE: Ongoing business growth has created an opportunity to hire an ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT to support the Financial Manager of the business. This role will ideally suit someone studying towards their accounting qualification and with excellent growth opportunities to grow into a qualified role overtime. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Processing cashbook entries on our ERP (Zoho) Raising sales invoices on our ERP (Zoho) Processing purchase invoices on our ERP (Zoho) Maintenance and filing of documentation as required Helping the team in preparing for weekly payment runs Resolving supplier payment queries Reconcile supplier statements Other ad/hoc duties Don\'t miss out on this opportunity to join a forward-thinking company, as an integral part of the Finance department.
