Job Duties

• Experiences in real estate company accounts is preferred.

• Preparation of invoices, debit notes, credit notes, journals and other vouchers and data entry of all vouchers in financial software system for day to date maintenance of accounts.

• Maintain petty cash.

• Calculate and distribute wages and salaries.

• Assist in preparing regular reports and summaries of accounting activities.

• Assist in Preparing financial statements / debtors' listing & check customers' credit ratings.

• Assist in generating income statements, P & L Accounts, balance sheet, general ledger & other reports.

• Responsible for Payroll Processing.

• Reconciliation of Supplier Accounts & GL Control Accounts.

• Maintained Daybook, Sales, Purchase & Stock Registers; posted ledgers.

• Handle & maintain accounts up to finalization.

• Prepare year end schedules & accounts for audit.

• Handle all kinds of bank transactions.

• Filing of VAT returns and payments.

• Established and maintained close relationship with Tenants , banks and other clients

• File correspondence and other records.

• Store and retrieve data on computer.

• Receive and process incoming & outgoing mails.

• Review and answer correspondence on behalf of the company.

• Handle clients' queries and help them to meet their requirements.

• Minimum experience 3 years in Accounting and Finance

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance

• Bilingual English and Arabic Language

• Professional in Microsoft Excel, word and familiar with accounting software
