We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts and Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will support the smooth functioning of daily office operations and assist in managing financial and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting
Use Tally software to record sales and expense entries.
Verify and maintain petty cash records.
Process petty cash reimbursements and ensure proper documentation.
Prepare and issue cheques for payments.
Administrative Tasks
Handle routine administrative duties, such as maintaining records, filing, and data entry.
Manage the approval process by getting documents signed by the owner or concerned personnel.
Coordinate and track ongoing approvals and expenses.
Coordination
Assist in scheduling and managing meetings for approvals and signatures.
Support day-to-day operations, ensuring effective communication within the office.
Other Tasks
Act as the first point of contact for office-related queries and issues.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Compensation
AED 1,800 per month with accommodation

Ajman: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
