Job Responsibilities
Handle basic accounting tasks including data entry, invoicing, and record keeping
Maintain accurate financial and administrative records
Assist with accounts payable and receivable tracking
Prepare basic reports using Microsoft Excel and Word
Manage office documentation, filing, and correspondence
Support day-to-day administrative and office operations
Coordinate with internal departments for required documentation
Perform other administrative duties as assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
