We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Accounts and Admin Officer
to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks as well as general administrative duties to support smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and maintain financial reports, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure accurate and timely entry of transactions in the accounting system.
Assist in monthly closing and year-end audit preparations.
Handle petty cash and ensure proper documentation.
Oversee administrative activities including office supplies, correspondence, and record-keeping.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Support management with ad hoc reporting and tasks.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree
in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of accounting experience in Dubai.
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting standards.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Must be currently based in Dubai.
Preferred:
Knowledge of administrative best practices.
Experience with payroll and HR coordination is a plus.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
