Apex Food Consultants is a growing F&B (Food and Beverage) consulting firm serving clients globally. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our Sharjah office. If you're organized, proactive, and ready to grow with a dynamic team, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Tally
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Handle UAE VAT preparation and filing
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding payments and invoices
Ensure compliance with UAE accounting regulations and company policies
Support internal teams with administrative tasks such as scheduling, registration confirmations, emails, phone calls, and tracking bookings.
Language Requirements
English - Expert level
Malayalam - Expert level
Hindi - Expert level
Arabic - Desired
Operational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting (Accredited degree)
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a similar accounting role
Proficiency in Tally accounting software
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Valid UAE driving license is
desirable
