Key Responsibilities
:
Conduct engaging training sessions (in-person or virtual) on TallyPrime, QuickBooks, and other tools like Xero, Zoho Books, or SAP.
Teach core accounting concepts, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, GST compliance, and payroll management.
Develop and update training materials to reflect the latest software features and accounting standards.
Provide hands-on guidance on real-world scenarios using multiple accounting tools.
Assess trainee progress and offer tailored feedback to ensure skill mastery.
Qualifications
:
1+ years of experience training or working with TallyPrime and QuickBooks.
Proficiency in additional accounting tools (e.g., Xero, Zoho Books, Wave, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics).
Strong knowledge of general accounting principles (e.g., ledger management, tax compliance, reconciliations).
Excellent communication and teaching skills to engage diverse learners.
Familiarity with online training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
