The mission of "The Arab Institute For Accountants And Legal" is to provide consistent high-quality training and motivation in a positive learning environment. Together, we work toward building skilled individuals and a thriving company to serve the needs of the community : *Teaching students about financial reporting standards such as International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) *Providing individualized instruction to students who are struggling with the material or whose needs are not being met by the standard curriculum *Creating lesson plans and maintaining records of student progress on academic projects Assisting in the development of new programs, curricula, and materials based on changing education requirements *Training new hires on company policies and procedures pertaining to accounting, finance, or taxation *Assigning homework and grading tests, quizzes, and other assessments *Preparing reports summarizing students' progress and evaluating their performance *Developing lesson plans based on state and national standards for educational content. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS -Four-year degree plus professional certification from a recognized post-secondary institution in Education, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or equivalent. - A minimum of three (3) years of job-related related experience for those who are not graduates from an accounting program - Verbal and written communication skills - Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer skills Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED5,000.00 per month
