Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Minimum of 10 years experience in Management and Accounting - ideally within retail business
Excellent leadership and communication skills - minimum of 5 years experience leading a team in a similar position
Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles
Excellent mathematic skills
Proficiency with computers, especially book
keeping software and MS Office
High level of efficiency and accuracy
Attention to detail and the ability to analyze large amounts of data
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
