Accounting Officer - Accounts Payable

Process payment run in order to pay suppliers on time.
Prepare supplier reconciliations and follow up on any missing invoices or credit notes.
Liaise with external suppliers when necessary.
Manage purchasing software and support teams when required
Reconcile Bank against all the income and revenue received and expenses incurred
Assist the finance team in other reasonable duties as requested by the Chief Accountant
Qualifications
You have a Bachelor or Master degree in accounting or any other financial domain;
Minimum of 5 years of relevant Accounting experience;
Experience in a hospitality ;
Experience with Winbooks software is a plus;
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
Proactive, rigorous and committed;
Good organization and communication skills and ability to prioritize;
Any experience or interest with consolidation and financial reporting is a plus;
