We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Accounting Manager with a strong background in real estate development to join our dynamic team. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company\'s accounting operations, with a specific focus on real estate development projects. Your expertise and leadership will play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support our company\'s growth and success.

Responsibilities: * Financial Management:Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, financial reporting, and budgeting.

Manage cash flow and monitor financial transactions to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to accounting principles and policies.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis for management, stakeholders, and external auditors.
Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and maintain financial integrity.

• Real Estate Development Accounting:Coordinate and manage all accounting aspects of real estate development projects, including project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial forecasting.

Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely recording of project costs, revenue recognition, and adherence to project budgets.
Provide financial analysis and support for investment decisions related to real estate development, including evaluating project feasibility, ROI analysis, and risk assessment.

• Compliance and Reporting:Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry-specific requirements for real estate development.

Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and communicate their impact on financial reporting and operations to senior management.
Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring accurate and timely compliance with tax laws and regulations.

• Team Leadership and Collaboration:Manage a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to support business initiatives, resolve accounting issues, and drive process improvements.
