Overview

We are looking for

two Accounting Interns

who are system-driven, analytical, and interested in

accounting automation and software integration

.

One intern will focus on

MISSAN IT Solutions

, working closely with our PSA and accounting systems. One intern will focus on the

F&B division

, working hands-on with POS, CloudMe, and outlet-level accounting operations.
The objective is to

streamline accounting workflows, eliminate duplication, and ensure all financial data flows into a single, reliable dashboard

.

Role 1: Accounting Intern - MISSAN IT (PSA & Accounting Integration)Key Responsibilities

Research and study accounting software that integrates with

HelloPSA

(approx. 10 supported platforms). Evaluate and compare systems based on: Integration depth Automation capability Reporting & compliance Scalability and cost-effectiveness Recommend the

most suitable accounting system

for MISSAN. Assist in

migration

from the existing accounting system. Ensure full automation of: Invoicing Purchase Orders Receivables & Payables Contracts & billing cycles Work with internal teams to ensure

end-to-end PSA ? Accounting integration

. Document workflows and ensure zero duplication of effort.
Role 2: Accounting Intern - F&B Division (POS, CloudMe & Operations)Key Responsibilities

Study and understand

CloudMe

accounting and POS capabilities in detail. Ensure complete integration of: POS system Accounting system Purchases, sales, inventory, and expenses WhatsApp or related operational integrations Visit outlets and work

on-ground

to verify that systems match real operations. Ensure: All purchases and sales are properly captured No gaps between POS, accounting, and stock Accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports Help create a

single consolidated dashboard

for F&B financial performance. Identify gaps and suggest process improvements.
Common Requirements (Both Roles)Educational Background

Bachelor's degree or final-year student in: Accounting Finance Commerce Business Administration (with accounting focus)
Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles Interest in

accounting software, automation, and systems

Analytical mindset with attention to detail Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and reports Willingness to learn, research, and document systems Good coordination skills with operations and tech teams
Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Exposure to ERP, POS, PSA, or accounting software Interest in automation, integrations, or digital transformation Prior internship or project-based accounting experience
Outcome & Learning

Hands-on exposure to

real-world accounting automation

Deep understanding of

PSA, POS, and integrated accounting ecosystems
