About Chauf-fur:

Chauf-fur is redefining pet transportation across the UAE. From our trusted pet taxi services to international relocations, we are growing rapidly and expanding our internal operations to support scale and accuracy--especially in our finance workflows.

We're seeking a

dedicated Accounting Executive

to work exclusively on the Chauf-fur account, embedded within our operations and closely supporting both finance and HR teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Expense Management (Zoho Books):

Review, verify, and approve internal expense bills with proper documentation and categorization.

Payroll & Compliance:

Coordinate salary and overtime calculations, ensure timely disbursal, and stay compliant with UAE labor regulations.

Accounting Support:

Assist with journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closings. Work alongside our 3rd party accounting firm on daily financial operations.

Driver Cash Reporting:

Collect and reconcile driver cash collections weekly, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.

Petty Cash & Billing Coordination:

Maintain logs, verify invoice accuracy with ops teams, and support timely client billing.

VAT & Audit Prep:

Assist with VAT filings, maintain financial calendars, and help prepare for periodic audits.

Requirements:

2-4 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in a client-focused or outsourced accounting environment Familiarity with UAE labor laws, VAT regulations, and accounting best practices Proficiency in

Zoho Books

or similar accounting software Strong attention to detail and proactive communication skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines independently

This is a full-time, account-dedicated role. Preference will be given to candidates or agencies able to assign a single resource exclusively to Chauf-fur.
