We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. : Responsibilities: Manage all accounting transactions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Conduct month-end and year-end close processes. Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing of all tax forms. Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis. Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Provide financial insights and recommendations to management. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar. Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
