Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Consultant to provide strategic financial expertise to our clients. The ideal candidate will be proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, audit support, and process optimization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements). Ensure adherence to IFRS/local accounting standards and regulatory compliance. Provide guidance and strategies for tax planning and ensure timely tax filings (VAT, Corporate Tax). Assist clients in audit processes, preparing audit schedules and documentation. Develop accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and monitor budget performance. Identify and implement cost optimization strategies. Provide advisory services on financial implications of business decisions, contracts, and transactions. Develop and manage cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning. Evaluate, recommend, and implement accounting software and internal control systems. Regularly review and improve accounting processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA certification is a plus). Minimum of 3-5 years experience in accounting or financial consulting. Strong knowledge of IFRS and local tax regulations. Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, Zoho Books or similar platforms). Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively communicate financial insights and recommendations clearly.
